Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack for Transport

  Securely pack the rack in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, straps, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to VelociRAX

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
